    Please be aware that property investment carries risks and the value of your investment can go up or down. The timing of your investment may also be affected by market conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.   3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

    We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any investment losses or delays in investment performance.

  5. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Our deposit terms and conditions ensure that your investment is secure and that all payment details are clearly outlined. By paying a deposit, you are securing your investment with us and the deposit will be applied towards the total investment amount. Deposit Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment of Deposit
    To secure your investment, an initial deposit must be made at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total investment amount.

  2. Methods of Payment
    We accept payment by  bank transfer . Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods if applicable.

  3. Payment Deadline
    The deadline for making the deposit will be discussed during our qualification meeting. If the deposit is not received by the set  deadline, your investment may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

  4. Confirmation of Payment
    Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you a confirmation of payment and provide you with the details of your investment.

  5. Balance of Payment
    The balance of the investment amount must be paid based on the specific terms of your chosen project.  Failure to make the balance payment by the specified date may result in the cancellation of your investment and the forfeiture of your deposit.

  6. Changes to Payment Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these payment terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
